Before we edit a single sentence, we help you decide what your application should say, what makes you different, and how to present your story clearly to admissions teams.
Positioning & school strategy
Before we write anything, we understand your full profile. We look at your academics, experiences, ambitions, and what genuinely sets you apart.
From there, we build the positioning that will guide your entire application and help you choose a school list that makes sense for your profile and goals.
GMAT / GRE strategy
We assess your score in the context of your target schools, help you decide whether to retake, and build a preparation plan around your application timeline.
You’ll receive a preparation roadmap, an error-log method, and recommended resources.
We do not teach the GMAT or GRE. If dedicated tutoring is the right next step, we will tell you.
CV, essays & recommendations
Every part of your application should reinforce the same story.
For your CV, we decide what deserves attention and how to present your strongest experiences clearly.
For essays and application questions, we work with you from the first idea, choosing the right examples, structuring your answers, and refining each draft until it is specific, convincing and still sounds like you. We also help you choose the right recommenders, brief them properly, and ensure their perspective complements the rest of the file.
School-by-school review
A strong application still needs to work for the specific school reading it.
We adapt your application to each programme’s questions, format, and expectations while keeping your overall story consistent.
Before submission, the complete application is reviewed by both founders and mentors at each school.
Interview preparation
We train you for each school’s specific interview format and run realistic mock interviews until you feel ready, with clear, actionable feedback after every session.
Where we have a mentor at your target school, you’ll also have the opportunity to speak directly with someone currently studying there.
Scholarships & final decisions
Getting an offer isn’t always the end of the process.
Where scholarship opportunities exist, we help you identify them, strengthen your case, and prepare any post-offer communication with the school.
Our founders have been through this themselves: Malak received €10,000 in scholarship funding at HEC Paris, while Ali received a £20,000 Global Africa Scholarship at LBS, negotiated after the scholarship deadline itself.
If you receive multiple offers, we also help you compare them based on fit, career goals, cost, and scholarship terms.

What we get asked
You’re new. Why trust you with my application?
Admissia is new, but the process is not new to us. We went through these admissions ourselves very recently and now study at HEC Paris and London Business School. More importantly, your file is handled directly by both founders and specific mentors from start to finish.
Do you guarantee admission?
No. An admissions decision belongs only to the school, and anyone guaranteeing you admission is selling something they don’t own. What we can control is the quality of the strategy and the work behind your application. If none of your five schools admits you, your fee is refunded.
How many students do you work with?
A deliberately small number. Both founders work on every application, so we do not operate a high-volume model or hand files off after the first call. Once we reach the number of students we can properly support, we stop taking new applications for that period.
Do you prepare for the GMAT or GRE?
We help with the strategy around the test: where your score stands, whether a retake makes sense, how to structure preparation, how to use an error log, and which resources are worth using. We do not provide GMAT or GRE tutoring. If you need dedicated teaching, we will tell you.
Which schools do you cover?
We focus on leading European business schools, particularly Master’s in Management and related programmes.
What happens to my personal documents?
We collect only what is necessary to work on your applications. Your documents are not shared outside the people involved in your file without your consent, and we never publish an admission result, scholarship, or testimonial without your permission.
